Main Effect of Vitamin B5
1) Prevention and treatment of pantothenic acid deficiency
2) Prevalence when the demand for pantothenic acid increases and the intake from the diet is insufficient (wasting
disease, hyperthyroidism, pregnant women, lactating women, etc.)

Dosage and Administration
Adults: 20-100 mg of dexpanthenol once or twice a day by intramuscular or intravenous injection.
For postoperative intestinal paralysis, administer 50-500 mg 1-3 times a day, and if necessary, the dose may be increased up to 6 times.
Increase or decrease the dose appropriately depending on age and symptoms.
Preparation of injection solution: For intravenous injection, mix 500 mg of this drug with an intravenous solution such as glucose injection or lactate Ringer’s solution and slowly inject intravenously.
