In this case, the proportion of Omegaven should be 10% to 20% of total fat intake, while fat dosage should not exceed 2g/kg body weight/day.Maximum dosing rate: Omegaven 0.5mL/kg body weight/hour = Refined fish oil 0.05g/kg body weight/hour Do not exceed the maximum dosing rate. Exceeding the maximum dosing rate may result in a sharp increase in serum triglyceride levels.Route of administration: Intravenous drip into a central or peripheral vein. Shake well before use.
