Preparation

Preparation Materials

• Sterilized saline water
• 2% Lidocaine
• 18G needle (to pull contents from the vials)
• 19G needle or 21G cannula
• Disposable 5ml syringe
• Alcohol cotton
• Gauze
• Gloves

Preparation Method

1. Remove the tear-off cap from the vial and disinfect the rubber stopper with antiseptic.
2. Attach a sterile 18G needle to a single-use syringe.
3. Draw 10 mL of sterile water into the syringe and slowly inject it into the vial containing the lyophilized powder.
4. Shake the vial gently for about 10 minutes until the powder is fully dissolved. The reconstituted solution should be used within 72 hours.
5. Before use, shake or agitate the vial vigorously to ensure a uniform white suspension. A vial agitator can be used for this step.
6. Disinfect the stopper again and use a new sterile needle to withdraw 1-3 mL of the suspension into a single-use syringe. The reconstituted product should not be stored in the syringe.

Post-Treatment Care

• After the treatment session, the treated area should be massaged intensively for 5 minutes using a rotative or bi-digital technique.
• The patient must continue massaging the treated area at home: five minutes, five times a day for two weeks to help evenly distribute the product and support collagen stimulation.
